SHIPPING 

  • Shipping from Europe

All orders are shipped from Europe, with dispatch locations depending on where our stock is currently held (either Belgium or Italy).

  • Order Processing

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to prepare your order before dispatch. We ship from Mondays through Fridays only. Shipping timeframes are in addition to our processing times.

Orders will be delivered between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address. Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.

PLEASE ENTER YOUR SHIPPING DETAILS CORRECTLY! UPS will attempt 2 times to deliver the package at the address provided.  If your order is undeliverable or has been attempted the maximum amount of times by the courier/post service then the parcel will get returned to us for which we pay shipping costs and we will not be able to get refunded for this. So please keep a close eye on your tracking details and make sure someone is available at your address to receive your order. As providing us with the right address and phone number and keeping an eye on your tracking details is your responsibility, we’ll ship the package back to you at an additional shipping cost.

If we made a mistake entering your details, we’ll make sure your package arrives back to you without any additional costs.

  • Shipping Zones & Rates

We offer worldwide shipping, divided into three shipping zones:

Europe shipping: €10 / Unless stated otherwise, orders €250 and up are qualified for FREE standard shipping

US Shipping:  €30 / Unless stated otherwise, orders €350 and up are qualified for FREE standard shipping

Rest of the world: €40 / Unless stated otherwise, orders €500 and up are qualified for FREE standard shipping

  • Shipping Timeframes

All standard shipping orders are typically delivered within 5-7 working days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, and unforeseen delays with the shipping carrier.

  • Customs & Import Fees

For international orders (outside the EU), customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Taxes and duties are calculated by UPS and they will send you the customs invoice to be paid before delivery. All relevant import taxes and duties will need to be paid before you can receive your item. If not paid this will delay your delivery. Note that duties and taxes are non-refundable. The amount payable depends on the country to which the order was shipped. Please contact your customs office for a specific amount and percentage breakdown. See through the label is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your package by your local authorities. You will be responsible for paying these additional charges for customs clearance. We must declare all items at their full price and cannot change this amount to lower customs fees.

  • Tracking your order

You can track your order via our shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team directly. 

  • Possible delays

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

  • Lost packages

If the package shows no movement for more than the specified wait period or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact our customer service team. We will verify with the carrier who will start an investigation. Based on the investigation outcome:

Replacement: If the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped at no additional cost.

Refund: If a replacement is not possible or preferred, we will issue a full refund for the lost item(s) to the original payment method.

Exclusions: We do not take responsibility for lost packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier or if an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer.

  • Changing an order

If you need to change your order please contact our team straight away by emailing
We unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order after it has left our premises. We pack and ship orders daily so cannot guarantee your requests can be made.

  • Pre-orders

Pre-order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. Approximate date will be specified on the product page and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped. 

For orders that contain an in-stock item/s your order will be shipped together so you receive the whole order together. If you wish to have the other items sent to you before then please make two separate orders. 

 

RETURNS

- No Returns or exchanges Due to the unique, handcrafted nature and limited availability of our products—many of which are made to order—we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy applies to all fully priced items, sale items, promotional event items, welcome code offers, and gift cards. We kindly ask that you carefully consider your purchase before completing your order. If you have any questions or need additional information about a product, please feel free to contact us prior to making your purchase. We greatly appreciate your understanding and support of our craftsmanship.

Please note, if merchandise is returned despite this policy, the items will be sent back to you at an additional shipping cost.

- Damaged items If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it with the same product. However, since many of our items are made to order, availability may vary, and the replacement process might take some time. We will keep you informed via email regarding the status of your replacement.
